Slow is the new Fast: W4R3

So the tortoise was right. I found today (friend still cheerfully jogging behind on W1R2) that I could run even slower than a snail and that revelation saw me through the hard last five minute run.

It's extraordinary how, when you have a three minute run at this stage, you think "Thank God," whereas just a couple of weeks ago, I thought "I can't possibly do three minutes!"

Old school music choices helped too: "Half way to Paradise", "Run around Sue" etc...

I am half way to Paradise: Week 5 on Sunday. Bring it on....😳

Wow, go you..!! I did a bit of 'snailing' last night on my W4R1 whilst belting out a bit of 'Pink!' ..... much to the abstract horror of those around me :D

Well done... πŸ‘πŸ˜„

Slow definitely is the new fast... slow food is better, I am told slow beer is better, or is that slowly poured beer - either way it counts, slow running that keeps you running is better than fast running where you run out of puff. Mr U Bolt excepted of course....
