You guys are torturing me....chocolate and cheese my two main migraine triggers...not had either and had to pop another migraine pill today, so not even going to attempt my run tonight as it was so hard on Tuesday. Obviously a bad head week and that it is all there is to it! Maybe try tomorrow 😩
