W4R2 - going forwards again

Yeah .. after a dreadful W4R1 today went so much better. After Monday my goal was just to do first 3 runs of the 4. Run 3 went better so pushed on. Slow time but that’s OK. After today I may need to find a new route as Sarah M finished my cool down and I was only a minute away from home.

Well done Richard.

Yes, somehow you have to extend the route in the later runs. I've added a short loop at the end, but then I had to add on to that! Perhaps I'll loop at the beginning as well.

Well done, you did it!

I found that I needed to find somewhere else to run when I got to week 5. I now drive to the next village where there are lovely footpaths leading to a lake.

Don't worry about being slow. Speed is unimportant at the moment. Just keep chugging on gently and you will get there. Once you have graduated you can start to work on speed.
