Not as bad as I thought.

Thanks for the encouragement.

Now I have enjoyed coach Jo Whiley thinking about changing to coach Johnson for week 2.

Any thoughts?

Okay so you are talking to Mr Smooth's (Michael J) all time number one fan, along with a whole host of fellow smoothies on here.

I chose him as he seemed to me to be credible, if he says you can do it, I felt I could. He is quite chill in style, which doesn't suit everyone. Jo I believe is quite chatty and I've seen loads of compliments for Sarah M too. But it is worth switching them around, in case you prefer one style over another. Every little bit of encouragement/positivity helps on the challenge.

So go for it, if you don't like him you have other choices too.

its good to change things about a bit if it keeps you motivated. I'm on week 1 but have switched from the NHS app to the NHS Laura podcasts as i prefer them because they include music so don't have to play my own. The music is perfect tempo for the walks/runs/warm ups and I downloaded the MP3s to my phone so don't need an internet signal to play it.
