Just finished my first run since graduating, somehow my dodgy old back lasted until the last run of the programme then gave up the ghost! The last 3 weeks of resting up have been torture, watching people running past the house!

Never thought I'd hear myself say I missed runnin so much! Ran a decent time too 😃
