So it’ll be 4 weeks since I last had my running shoes on, mainly due to being away on holiday then struggling to fit it in round my shifts. I had only completed weeks 1 and 2 of c25k. My question is should I start from scratch or just repeat week 2 and see how I get on? Any advice more than welcome. TIA

Welcome back. I'd say pick up where you left it, see how it goes. If good then carry on from there. If a struggle then repeat the last week. Just remember slow and steady. Good Luck :0)
Try one of the W2 runs and take it nice and slow and steady. If a problem then you know you need to go back to W1, if you're fine then happy days!
