Final run done

Hello all, I have just completed run 3 week 9, I'm absolutely chuffed to bits, it was a lovely comfortable run, big beaming smile all the way home. Thanks to all you amazing, warm, witty wonderful people on here, your advice and encouragement have made this running thing so much easier. The next thing for me is park runs. Now where do I get my badge.

I did a 3km walk around site on my lunch break today. They felt ok. I’ll test it in the morning by jogging up and down the stairs. If that’s ok I’m going to try a short 3km run at lunch tomorrow as I work at home on Fridays x
