Good Run was worried after last run but as all my mates on here said, you have good and bad runs👍 All long runs now so looking forward, this program is brilliant, who would have thought I would be running 3 miles 👍👍👍

Hi doing my wk6 run 2 tonight . It was good to hear your experience as my Wk6r1 was not great at all.
I don’t know why but heavy legs but breathing was ok . Lost bit of confidence until today but then, today went well. Good luck tonight , take it easy and will all come good . Let me know Xx👍
It happens to us all. Practice runs and success runs It's all money in the milage bank though. Just going out the door can be the hardest part - after that, the run takes care of itself and some days because we are humans and not machines we have a "different' run But, as you get fitter and more Gremlin-proof the runs get more satisfactory than not

As Irishjohn says, it does happen to us all but it's good you persevered. It's best not to let the less successful runs get you down. Just put them down to experience.
The longer runs are super as long as you take them steadily... relax into them and find your happy pace
