So, Hubby has just announced he's having the day off on Monday & although I like it when he has random days off this one has scuppered my Monday run...which was going to be W9R1, I could've done it today but I want to do the park run to get some stamina under my belt, so that'd mean starting wk9 on Tuesday...and I can't wait that long!!!! Shall I do the first run tomora at the parkrun????

if your doing the park run - pretty sure you can count that as your r1. - Course you could always make him run with you!

Mmmmmm...30 years of being a plumber haven't been kind to his poor knees...running would prob finish them off 😩

Yes.... start the warm up walk at then start line and then run for 30 minutes... :) Keep it slow and steady.. :) If you finish the 5K before the 30 minutes are up..:) Just keep running:)

Go on...:) Do it...but gently:)
