What! Run for a full 5 minutes?

First run of week four, running (jogging in my case) for a total of sixteen minutes, good grief!

I managed it, not easily but with the determination to complete it - despite my calf muscles protesting loudly.

Very happy with my stamina and the fact that various parts of my body have not let me down, long may it continue.

Here's to the next run on Saturday ;)

Well done, you did it - are you doing your stretching afterwards?

These may help... most advice is to stretch after running not before.

Give it a go, it should help. Failing that buy the infamous foam rollers.... but I haven't so can't help you on which to buy... but I think Oldfloss had a recommendation a little while back. Some are decidedly ropey..

Well done! Did mine last night too. Felt better than I expected and a big smile all the way home on the cool down walk! Will have a look at stretching.

How spooky that Laura talked about stitch when I had the start of one!!

Brilliant - please keep it up. It’s fun and I feel so much better for it both mentally and physically- even though I didn’t feel unfit mentally or physically 🤣
