Just completed first run on wk 3, so pleased with myself, may not look pretty but hey I'm moving! Husband running Loch Ness marathon Sunday so I'm taking my trainers up north and W3R2 will be in Inverness!

So you should be pleased too, everyone starts somewhere, you may not think it but there's every chance you could be doing 5k runs before too long.

Yay! Well done Sadie! Every time you get out and complete a run is a step up in your stamina and strength. Hope you have fun up in bonnie Scotland. Watch out for them there hills! x

Pretty good thanks! I do my first run of week 5 at the weekend - interested to see how that goes! Really enjoyed week 4! Running for longer not as bad as I thought. 😀
