Shin sore

Hello - I'm only on Week 3 so I certainly don't think I've warranted enough exercise for shin splints but my left shin bone is hurting on and off and going a bit hot. Irritating more then hugely painful but odd. Any advice?

Warm up well....and hard though it may be, try to land lightly and gently :) Kissing the ground with your feet I call it:)

Are your shoes okay.. sometimes that can cause a problem... but we do also. expect aches and pains too on these early runs :)

Stretches after the runs too.. are essential and if you stretch before the run, make sure they are dynamic stretches:)
