Phew, a few weeks ago I never thought I could run for 20 mins non stop and at todays Park Run I did just that. I’m feeling very proud of myself and have a new PB of 42.51 mins 🥰. But, now that I’m running for longer my shins are starting to become sore. Anyone else feeling the same of have some advice please? Many thanks x

Congratulations on your run. Sorry I don’t have any advice on shin splints but just wanted to say woohoo on your 20 minute run. Mine will hopefully be on Monday
