First run in the rain!

After a total of 80 runs since I started C25k in February I have just run in the rain for the first time! ... and then only for about 5 mins so not long enough to know whether I liked it or not. And, I had my sunglasses on for most of the time! I've never rearranged a run because of the weather so I knew I must be on borrowed time!

A good run today, 5.5k for the second time. I'm slowly (very slowly) increasing my distance, so no fear of breaking the 10% rule!

Go, go go.. and buy a cap I have a Trail Heads one...big brim..great for rain or shine

Love the rain but I do think a cap is helpful, drippy hair and steamed up glasses utterly unhelpful....
