Well done for getting started! Good luck with week 2 :D

Congratulations. I have my week 1 run 3 tomorrow & my body is now starting to niggle me aswell. I guess we're using muscles that were well and truly alittle too comfortable before.

I wish you well on week 2. You can do it!

I had loads of niggles and aches in the first couple of weeks but by end of Wk3 am feeling really good. Make sure you stick to the rest days.

Congrats Joanne, well done for completing week one. I'm not that far in front of you so I know how you feel. It gets better, and the recovery gets easier, stay with the program ... you've got week 2 coming up ... 🙄😊
