Tough 2nd 8 min run, first 8 min was too fast.

Did it but need to be mindful to keep a steady pace.

Maybe the 6 mile walk yesterday had an effect, but who cares I've done both.

The 5 min walk is a good amount of time to recover. You'll do it 😀

Slow as you can...I am only just beginning to get a tiny tiny bit faster and have just finished wk 8. Slow and steady will get you there!
