Hmmm... not sure why, but I just got a post saying "Welcome to the NHS Couch to 5K community, a space where you can get information, support and motivation to start running."... is there something I don't know... am I about to lose my Graduate Badge...! oh no!

Apparently Rignold, who has been on this forum for three or four years got a similar message the other day, so it looks like a concerted plot by dark forces from who knows where, to unsettle the smug pinkness of C25K graduates...............or it could be a cock up.
The latter I should think
