Hi. Don't give up- you've been running for 5 or 6 weeks now so you've clocked up over 2 hours of running with repeating week 4. If you post what happens on your week 4 runs you'll get lots of encouragement & advice to help you on. Week 5 seems to be the turning point where you go up a gear by running for longer so maybe you're feeling daunted. I'm doing week 5 run 2 tomorrow and I was scared stiff before run 1: how was I to keep running for 5 minutes? But I did! Go real slow and breathe deep! Good luck.
Hi posted almost the exact same post a couple of days ago and was advised to run SLOWER. It worked and in the past week I've gone from week 4 run 1 to starting week 5 on Sunday. Run slower.... I promise it works.
Many have and many not... if you need to repeat several times then it usually means you are going to fast.
Slow and steady is the way... and even slower than that if necessary..think snail on a go slow...

There is no need to repeat a week. If you don't complete a run then repeat it, not the whole week, until completed, then move on.
