Bad start to the day came good!

Wasn't anticipating a particularly good run this morning. Husband discovered he had a puncture as he set off for work, I couldn't find important papers I need for a meeting later and the weather forecast said I would be rained on. I know they say things come in threes but I felt it didn't bode well for my run.

But, you know, I think that was one of the most enjoyable runs so far!

I wore full length leggings for the first time since May which kept my calves cosy, it didn't rain on me and I planned the long open stretch of the run with the wind behind me.

All in all a good run, which goes to show getting out there always helps start the day!
