Repeating week 5 but building in Hills. I want to run in other places and towns if I don't conquer hills early on , then there's going to be a lot of walking happening!

Good on you! It's taken me a few weeks post graduation to dare even running my usual route backwards for fear of the hill! It wasn't half as bad as I anticipated!

nice! This is one of my first aims after graduating - I thought I'd have to build hills in earlier but then I found a couple of flat-enough routes... but really I'd like to be running up hills!

It stems from aiming to do week 5 run 3, and having it all go about Pear shaped! Ground to a halt at 16 minutes, cos I'd chosen to do it on a new route, with a hill in it. Idiot! So I reasoned with myself that I'm probably better off I tackle them now and repeat a week( psossibly 2) and get stronger ??? Earlier on?
