Week 2 Run 2 - the breathing is improving...

So tonight I completed Week 2 Run 2. The 90 second runs seemed easier than on Run 1, but I think that my focus on breathing is paying off. My knees were a little sensitive before the run but held up fine once I started (just took it easy). I'm looking forward to my weekend (solo) run, and I'm going to continue working on my breathing. Happy 😊 πŸƒ

Just breathe... don't work on it...just do it, like you do every day:)

Warm up very well and try to land lightly. I call it kissing the ground with your feet... :) We do tend to thump down a tad at the start of this:)

Slow and steady too, will help the breathing..if you are struggling with it, slow down more:)
