So this happened on Saturday #prettymuddymk I would never have believed I could run, well jog, a 5k muddy obstacle course 12 weeks ago!!! I'm a bit of a plodder, it usually takes me about 40 minutes to run 5k minus big pink obstacles , so I was really happy with my time of 45 minutes 🥇🏃🏻♀️ Thank you #C25K for getting me moving!!!! 👊🏻
