Can't believe i'm at week 8 , when I started I thought I would never do it. It's amazed me the fact i can now run and feel comfortable about it. It was my lovely wife that inspired me to do it after she completed it. Tonight was a hard one due to the gusty winds, but managed it. Looking forward to Wednesday for my next run.
