Progress (sort of) 😊

Ok so after only getting through the warm up and first run of day 1 on Saturday I took everyone's very good advice today and slowed right down and well I didn't complete the while run but got alot further with only 2 stages to go small victory but very happy with it who new I could run even a little bit!!! Thanks to everyone for the advice and support it helped alot xx

OldFloss will be along shortly to tell you that slow and steady is fine and it is correct, it has got me this far.

The important thing is that you keep moving.
