I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to run without stopping for 5 mins. But it was surprisingly easy. It has helped so much taking control of my breathing and going slow. I used to jog when I was a lot younger but ran until I was gasping for breath and on pain. The C to 5k program is a revelation

I feel the same. Each week when the runs change I think I'm going to find it too hard and then the trainer says "you can do this" and it turns out, I actually can! I'm just two weeks ahead of you - keep going!
