As Arnie said "I'm Back"

I am very pleased to say that after over 3 weeks on the injury couch I am back. I have missed the running and you all dreadfully and found it so frustrating having a brain that was willing but a body that was unable.

I've now got the thumbs up from the quack as long as I take it VERY gently, I told her that I have that drummed into me anyway by the mentors on this forum and I'm so happy as I've now managed to complete Week 4 and I'm determined to finish this.

Fingers crossed all stays well as I've just signed up for one of the Royal British Legion Poppy Runs so want to be able to jog the whole 5k route in Milton Keynes on 29/10/17.
