After my mid week blip I'm back down to my normal pace. Yesterday's 's run felt like a real struggle, took me about half way to get my legs moving properly.

Only 4 runs left to graduate. If I time it right my last run will be on my birthday. What's happened to me, why do I even contemplate that now. Help:)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not long to go now! Well done on getting this far and very many happy returns for your imminent birthday.... now you're a runner you'll be able to run off all that cake :D

You still did the run and it counts nicely. Running on your birthday now who'd have thought it? still lycra is a great choice for a birthday party outfit..

Woah, no no no, definitely not, NO. You won't ever ever ever see me in Lycra. That would not be a good look, that's the thing that puts me off cycling;)!
