Well, I've had a little break over the summer holidays. Which has given me an opportunity to do my strengthening exercises for my knees. I've decided to go right back to wk1 and start again. Had a great run this morning, good pace even tackled a hill. Hopefully the knees will be up to it this time round. Determined to get to 30mins, before the winter really sets in!

Well done for coming back to it, and glad to hear your run went well this morning. There are lots of us who had to start again, but just take it slow and steady and I'm sure you'll get there.
