Last runs and 30 mins - can't believe I've made it to this point having tried and failed a couple of years ago to restart running. Anyway having read all the advice I tried hard to slow down a lot (I realised I'd been running at what is my faster pace, no wonder I was starting to struggle) stop thinking about distance and really try and enjoy. Switched to spoken word rather than music to avoid speeding up, which helped a lot. And I did it 😀 ! Did a little woop woop hands in the air dance and felt much better, more in control. Won't say I didn't think OMG when Mr Smooth said I had 15 mins more to go, but was much better than the last run of week 8. Go me 🏃♀️🏃♀️! 2 more to go!
