Week 3 Run 3


I have just completed W3r3, was up at 6.30 grabbed the dog and off I went, did the 5 minute warm up, started into the jogging, concentrating on the breathing and didn't realise buddy my dog had seen something in the distance.........another dog, so I had to sort the dog out and then I started run 3 again, completed with no hitch this time, looking forward to Thursday for week4 run 1

Well done you... doggies disasters averted... just relax into the runs.. breathe normally :) and keep it slow and steady :)
