New class

I know it's not strictly running related but is helping towards my overall fitness and running 🏃 well that's the plan!

Tonight I attended my first Boxfit class which did involve some running in the warm up! Whilst running round the hall I told myself, "come on, this should be a doddle you can run 25 mins!" Today was however the first day of the new term and was feeling a bit tired as the clock clicked round towards 7:00pm

Pilates tomorrow and hope to try a new spinning class, yoga and oh yes, finish C25K and graduate 👨‍🎓! Who has time for work?

Trying to motivate myself to get off the sofa now to wash up and go to bed!
