Just finished wk6 run3. Knees held out. Sports bra held out. Fly hitchhiked in my eye for last 5mins!!! Terrific πŸ˜‰

Well done great run, cheeky fly... adds a meaning to there's no flies on you. :)

The plan never mentioned C25K & a fly...., I'd ask for a refund, or at least a handicap allowance, I reckon that's got to be worth some seconds off your W9 runs!

4:30 alarm and off out. A hazy morning but not too warm. Not keeping an eye out for the dog allowed
