Only in week two and I've got to hang up my trainers already☹️☹️☹️, injury due to playing cricket yesterday, either done something to my Achilles' tendon or my calf muscle.

I Can't drive, the wife can't drive, and I'm supposed to be caring for her. Don't know what to but rest and lay awake listening to the wife snoring her head off!!!

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Sorry to hear your bad news. It is so frustrating especially as you weren't even running!

Have you tried icing?

Is it really painful or just achey? If the former mmm, if the latter then maybe a couple of days rest will do it? Either way keep us posted on your comeback tour... good luck it's no fun on the IC.

Oh dear!!!!

If you can, you really need to get it checked out... an Achilles tear is serious and needs treatment at the hospital...( I ruptured mine a few years ago) Calf muscle... they heal... slowly but they heal...
