Enjoyed run 3 in the sunshine ....without music or sound (my choice) from Jo W but not quite as much as run 2 (also on silent - not my choice), which went overtime so possibly a tad tired and disconcertingly, a scrambling squirrel almost fell from a branch on to my head (no joke) .
It took until the final 8/20 minutes to feel my breathing was comfortable which surprised me, I expected it to the other way around! Any knowledge shared on this would be appreciated? I went out nervous today but feel I've achieved! And having been stressed at work last two days this was a good stress buster too. Win/win today π.

Well done, love the squrriel bit ππ my breathing always gets better later on to, and almost every run I'm nervous at the beginning, I think its because of that reason that breathing is harder, but as you get into a steady pace and relax into the run your breathing relaxes too, if that makes sense, I'm not an expert but this is what happens to me ππ
