WK4R1 completed this morning and I never thought I'd say this but I actually ran for 16 minutes today!! 16 actual minutes!! Wow 😮
As a little gift to myself for getting to WK4, I thought I'd try an incline in the last 5 minute run and boy, was that hard!! Rewarding but really hard 😓
And the best part today-Mr Smooth saying to me "that's fantastic" Why thank you Michael, it's nice be appreciated 🙂

Yes, I tried an incline yesterday and very nearly regretted it! Once I got my breath back though, I felt pretty pleased with myself. Well done
