Well it's getting real now, next run is a big one going to push myself to do my first park run, really up for it determined that I will run the whole distance.

Steady you!!!! If it is your first Park run.. use your first five mins from the starting line as your warm up walk, then run for the allotted time in Week 6's run., 25 mins then slow and steady does it...
