I can't describe how surprised that I am with myself for both sticking with the program and finishing it.

Thanks everyone for your support. Although I haven't posted much, I have been reading your comments which has been hugely motivating and I'm not sure I would've finished without this forum.

Now to consolidate my running and keep running 3 times a week.

I never thought I would be a runner 🏃🏻‍♀️
