I've not been around for a while but rest asured that i have been working hard at my running and ,well, I didn't think it was probable or even possible but I have finally completed my W9 R3 and the start of my C25k journey. I guess that makes me a graduate. 😀😉

I have been lurking in the shadows here and once again you have all been a great inspiration.

The next target for me is the Blindfold Run for the RLSB with OldPossum on the 6th November.
