Just completed week 3 run 3 but running 5 minutes I struggled to complete. I'm so unfit and overweight I'm due to start week 4 but no way would I run 5 minutes if I can't complete 3 what should I do. Do another week of 3 minutes any ideas plz

I'd do week 3 again. I'm in a similar place with week 6. I can see myself redoing the week. Nothing wrong with it, do it your own way and enjoy progressing at your own rate ❤
I did a couple of repeats of week 2 runs and week 3. So I'm on week 6 of the programme now but have been running for 7 weeks. It helped and I felt confident to move on after that. I'm also very overweight and sometimes need two days recovery after a longer run. But I keep surprising myself. This programme is very clever and I've approachedthe last few weeks with a give it a go attitude and tell myself if I can't do it today, I will the next time. But I have managed since then. You've got this!
You could just try it and see how you get on. I spent all of weeks 3, 4 and 5 thinking there was NO WAY I would be able to move on to the next run/week (also very unfit and overweight), but each time I tried it and somehow the programme had worked its magic and I was able to do it.
