The odds were against me.... ache in my knee, pain in my hip and I needed a wee as soon as I started running !!!! I thought the latter might have made me run faster but no, I was soooooo slow but I don't care, I completed WK4... my smug face says it all πŸ™‚

Slow is good!!! Great photo and great run...:)

Keep listening to your body and take it gently... try to land lightly... I always say, kiss the ground with your feet :) The impact our legs and the rest of our bodies take is incredible... and we do tend to really concentrate and thump down a tad sometimes:)

As the runs begin to get longer, relax into them and just try go gently with each step...you run in a beautiful area. judging by the photo... just take it all in as you glide by :)
