So today I went for a walk... and I also bought a new bike - which will hopefully strengthen my knee up a bit. On the walk I saw this beautiful deer!
My knee is feeling a bit better and I'm now thinking about going back to Week 5 to do 20 mins for a while whilst I get my knee a bit stronger. I can add a couple of minutes slowly when I feel ready. I just want to get it right and not overdo it!

He really was. I do see them when I run there too but obviously don't stop to photograph them. I loved that today I could stop and look. No need for speed today! Yay!

The longest cool down walk ever...
I seem to go faster when I walk than jog! Help!My knee started "clicking" during w7 r1. Had this happen to you? Think I should keep running? Use support bandage? Rest required?
I can't do the long runs without a walk in the middle!
