Lovely walk to keep the legs moving!

So today I went for a walk... and I also bought a new bike - which will hopefully strengthen my knee up a bit. On the walk I saw this beautiful deer!

My knee is feeling a bit better and I'm now thinking about going back to Week 5 to do 20 mins for a while whilst I get my knee a bit stronger. I can add a couple of minutes slowly when I feel ready. I just want to get it right and not overdo it!

He really was. I do see them when I run there too but obviously don't stop to photograph them. I loved that today I could stop and look. No need for speed today! Yay!

Cute and great to have the chance to take the pic. Hope you get back to your running schedule as soon as you are able

Thanks Jancanrun. So lovely to have the time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I think I'll be getting back to running pretty soon as my knee is feeling a lot better 😁
