Ok well just back from W5 R3 and yes it is possible to find yet another shade of red!! Mr P and joe both looked slightly shocked as I walked back in! But i did not stop!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Gotta be honest last 5 mins were tough and if I hadn't had my daughter, sister in law and niece shouting me on I may well have caved so massive thanks to them! And to all you lot on here you absolutely rock I would never have done it without you all!!

If this all goes to plan then graduation week for me will coincide with my "midlife crisis" skydive for charity on 23rd September, so two goals to aim for!! .

Onwards and upwards!! Well will be downwards quite fast lol!!

Seriously you got the sports bra on, that in itself is a test of agility, grit and ambidextrousness. Running is a breeze after that...

I really love my Aldi Crane sports bra, can't fault it, just wish I'd bought two (what was I thinking?!). Pity they don't do a regular supply of them!

I know 4 weeks yesterday and I have reached my initial target for British heart foundation so am really excited!!! Only 50once she decided to celebrate i style...bought my mini convertible, had my eye liner tattooed on and the jump...oh and then I decided to try this running lark!! 🏃

No it did not hurt one bit...maybe a bit of mild discomfort and it hurt for a couple of days after both the initial and touch up appointment...but I am so pleased I had it done, never left the house without eyeliner and now I don't even think about it they always look perfect! Shame about the rest of the face but the eyes look good lol

Yeah all we need now is the weather...mind you did have the top down on the way home freon the run....needed some air🤣🤣🤣🤣 have had sun for 2 days on the trot!! Whoopee!!! It won't last.
