Having completed wk1 and thinking okay I can do this, today I started wk2 and was the last segment of the first run hard, possibly over did it on the middle segment thinking 90secs only 90secs so opened up a bit soon. Still lesson learned. Slowly slowly catchee monkey.

I am about to start wk 6 and I said exactly the same as you but slow and steady you will do it I promise!! Good luck x

Yes. Going too fast is the most common reason not to finish a run. You can always end faster but hard to pull it back if you start too fast. Well done for making it to the end.

Amongst this group we've caught an awful lot of monkeys over the years! Slowly steadily surely and you will catch a few more before you graduate!
