Welcome.... start the programme, take your rest days... listen to your body and take it steady and slow...
Two weeks won't make you the world's fittest... but you will have started the journey,,, and you running shoes will enjoy the holiday runs too

Get some good running shoes! Have fun and be amazed at what you can achieve when u put your mind to it!!! Celebrate the small achievements and move on quick from the difficult days most of all enjoy it!

Work on your core. I started doing the plank in between runs. This has helped me avoid any injuries.

Just follow the programme and trust in it. Don't try for world records just keep it slow and then slow until you need to slow down a bit more π Good Luck on your journey. π
