Ache like mad today after my very first run yesterday but was determined to keep moving. Power walked for a couple of miles in the beautiful sunshine and am ready for my second run tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing what my body can do. Good luck everyone πππ

Go you... ordinary walking is fine too, on rest days... I walked six miles today.. with my small runner in training in her pram.. ( granddaughter)..
Swimming, cycling, yoga, Pilates... all good for improving stamina and core strength!
