I had NO expectations tonight other than a total f word ......toughest of days at work was exhausted but decided nothing ventured and all that even if I just have a nice walk but I did 2 x 8 mins and did not stop!!!! How chuffed do I feel right now? Rather red in the face but who cares!!! Sorry for the verbals but I am so pleased.
