So decided to NOT to have extra day of rest after all and not only just completed W1R2 but did an extra 2 minutes of running off my own back! So am now feeling quite proud of myself after all my whinging about my sore legs! hahaha 😂

I remember those early weeks - my legs never felt ready for another run but were actually fine once I managed to get my backside off the sofa! Well done!

Hahaha took me a while to get my butt out the door but couldn't feel the pain once I was running feel invigorated today 😁

Well done.. Stick with the programme.. ( no extra two mins, even if you feel like it! ) You need every bit of umph as the runs go on :)

Make sure you warm up well and stretch well after each run too. Some extra exercise on rest days will help the aching legs too... :)
