So decided to NOT to have extra day of rest after all and not only just completed W1R2 but did an extra 2 minutes of running off my own back! So am now feeling quite proud of myself after all my whinging about my sore legs! hahaha 😂

I remember those early weeks - my legs never felt ready for another run but were actually fine once I managed to get my backside off the sofa! Well done!

Well done.. Stick with the programme.. ( no extra two mins, even if you feel like it! ) You need every bit of umph as the runs go on
Make sure you warm up well and stretch well after each run too. Some extra exercise on rest days will help the aching legs too...
