Having just graduated last week my 23 year old son dared suggest that running for 30m was no big deal!
His girlfriend follows with “bet you couldn’t do it”
So he is now working his way through the programme, speeded up/missing runs. He is unsurprisingly finding it quite easy at the moment (week 3), but I am watching him with interest.
I expect some acknowledgment of my efforts in the upcoming weeks!

I would suggest that your son reads the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... just so that he understands the reason why the plan is progressive and the reason for rest days.
