Confidence, positivity and self belief are all you need.
Sillyyak it is going to be an interesting week, and for you it is the week you grin and grin and grin. Prepare your head for the grinning and the running legs will get you there.

I think everyone has the same thoughts when they see week5 but the plan has built you up for it. It is doable and it's the week that really makes you realise just how well you are doing. Keep on keeping on.
