Greetings, fellow runners! Time for an update. Today I did my first parkrun (in Craigtoun Country Park, St Andrews). The sun was shining and 275 people ran or walked the course. I was running with my husband, which tends to mean he goes a bit slower than he could, and I go a bit faster. (His legs are a fair bit longer than mine!) My official time was 30:14, faster than I had dared to hope, and definitely a thorough workout! A great experience, highly recommended whatever level you are at. We're planning to do one parkrun a month or so.
